OUR PHILOSOPHY

Our Process

When I work with someone, I like to move through 3 phases of treatment.

​

Phase 1: The "Get out of Pain" Phase - this is where we focus on reducing your pain levels and getting you back to baseline.

​

Phase 2: The Strength and Resiliency Phase - this is where we focus on resolving the root cause of the pain to make sure it doesn't come back.

​

Phase 3: The "Return to Sport" Phase - this is where we start re-introducing the things you love doing, at the intensity you love doing them.

​

During your treatment, no stone is left unturned. We have ongoing conversations about lifestyle factors to make sure that you are able to support your healing and pain-free journey with the daily choices you make.
